He is recognized for ability to identify continuous change actions to enhance sales, promote and develop brands and products. His span of responsibilities have included planning, forecasting, dealer development, leading sales teams and co-coordinating with media agencies for brand enhancement measures, and assisting production and manufacturing operations for product improvements and enhancements.

 

Chander has also led several initiatives to bring in new systems and improvements in the above functional areas as defined above.
