Overview
RazorpayX is a business banking platform built to simplify how modern businesses manage money, from payroll and vendor payments to day-to-day operations. As part of the Loop of Trust campaign, Upper Grove Studio partnered with RazorpayX to turn traditional customer testimonials into something more engaging, relatable, and human.
The Challenge
Testimonials in the fintech space often sound functional and informative, but forgettable.
The businesses using RazorpayX were anything but ordinary. India is home to a growing number of new-age startups that have navigated real challenges and built something meaningful. The challenge was to capture these stories without making them feel stiff, scripted, or transactional.

The Idea
If running a business can be fun, then talking about it should be too. Instead of treating testimonials as endorsements, we approached them as stories and conversations around challenges, learning curves, and the everyday realities of building a business.

Through pacing, structure, and editing, the films were designed to feel light, natural, and relatable, moving away from the seriousness typically associated with business communication.
