Overview
Supertails works in a space filled with emotion. The everyday joys, worries, and responsibilities of being a pet parent.
They approached Upper Grove Studio to help tell a series of real success stories, not just about outcomes, but about relationships. Stories where growth, care, and trust were shared between pets and the people who love them. The result was a set of three films that celebrated success through connection.
The Challenge
Pet care stories are often told through products or promises.
But the real experience of being a pet parent is far more layered which is filled with uncertainty, anxiety, learning, and deep emotional bonds. The challenge was to tell stories that felt honest and reassuring, without becoming instructional or overly sentimental.

The Idea
With success comes bond. Instead of focusing only on solutions, the films centred on relationships between paw parents and their dogs, showing how care, guidance, and trust shape happier lives on both ends of the leash. Supertails wasn’t positioned as just a service, but as a quiet presence supporting that journey.
What We Did

We created three films documenting real success stories, capturing moments of progress, confidence, and companionship. The storytelling reflected:

The films were kept gentle and grounded allowing moments to unfold naturally. Rather than explaining what Supertails offers, the stories showed how the brand fits into real lives, easing anxieties and helping pet parents feel supported.
The Outcome
The films helped Supertails communicate trust through lived experiences. By focusing on bonds rather than benefits, the storytelling reflected the brand’s belief in holistic, thoughtful pet care reinforcing Supertails as a companion in the journey of pet parenting.
